Enhance mental health services with a full-time Community Mental Health Nurse position at La Ronge Health Centre. Provide intensive case management to individuals facing mental health challenges.

This permanent role requires a Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Nursing or Psychiatric Nursing. As part of the Mental Health Community Clinics and Programs department, you will utilize strong interpersonal and computer skills. The position also demands knowledge of community resources and the ability to work both independently and within multi-disciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide intensive case management for chronic mental illness
• Deliver services in individual and group settings
• Work collaboratively with diverse populations




• Engage with community resources and support agencies
• Maintain professional standards and cultural sensitivity

Requirements:
• Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Nursing or Psychiatric Nursing
• Valid Class 5 driver's license
• Registered/eligible with CRNS and CRPNS
• Robust interpersonal and computer skills
• Understanding of high-risk population dynamics
