Business Overview Fidelity Investments Canada is seeking a Digital Product Analyst, Marketing Automation to help shape and deliver the next generation of marketing technology capabilities. As a key member of the Marketing Automation team, you will own and prioritize the marketing automation product backlog, translate business needs into actionable requirements, and work closely with Agile delivery teams to bring impactful capabilities to life. Your work will help enable personalized customer experience, improve marketing effectiveness, and support Fidelity's ongoing digital transformation.
Key Accountabilities Own and manage the marketing automation product backlog, ensuring priorities align with business objectives and customer needs
Partner with stakeholders to evaluate opportunities, define business value, and translate requirements into actionable user stories
Collaborate with Agile delivery teams through planning, development, testing, and release cycles to deliver high-impact solutions
Support product roadmap development, release planning, and the evolution of marketing automation capabilities
Lead marketing automation technology initiatives from concept through implementation, including requirements gathering, impact assessment, and stakeholder alignment
Develop business cases and recommendations to support strategic investments and process improvements
Coordinate proof-of-concept evaluations, user acceptance testing (UAT), and quality assurance activities for new technologies and enhancements
Analyze business, process, and customer data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization
Create reports, dashboards, and presentations that translate insights into clear business recommendations
Drive operational efficiency by identifying process improvement opportunities and supporting the implementation of scalable solutions
Partner with teams across Marketing, Technology, Product, Operations,
Compliance, and external vendors to deliver successful outcomes
Oversee marketing technology enhancements, implementation activities, user adoption, and stakeholder communications to ensure smooth delivery and business impact
What We're Looking For Solid understanding of the investment industry (mutual fund and institutional investments industries
Experience working in Agile environments
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Strong organizational and prioritization skills
Hands-on experience with JIRA and Confluence for Agile delivery, requirements management, and team collaboration
Education: University degree or equivalent work experience
1 - 2 years of experience in Marketing with experience working with marketing automation platforms (Adobe Journey Optimizer, Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, etc.)
1+ year of leading or managing project would be an asset
CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner) or equivalent certification is an asset
