Compensation CAD $22/Hr
Responsibilities Responsible for providing routine surveillance of the gaming floor identifying potential problems, such as poor game protection, suspicious individuals, and acting as a support unit to other departments in relation to the protection of company assets.
Able to pay attention to detail and sound observational skills are critical as you are conducting reviews, writing and completing reports and logs that could be used as evidence in legal matters that have resulted from criminal charges against patrons or employees.
Works under Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) regulations and comply with all applicable laws, policies and procedures.
Maintains an awareness of the gaming operation at all times.
Other duties as assigned.

Experience, Education,
and Certifications A secondary school diploma, with preference to graduates with a Post-Secondary education in Law and Security.
A minimum of one (1) or more years of experience in a Security related field or gaming related positions (Cage, Slot, Table Games or Audit).
Knowledge of computer applications.
Casino Surveillance or related surveillance experience an asset
The ability to obtain registration as a Category 2 Gaming Assistant with the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario
Skills Analytical, observational, organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.
Physical Demands Ability to stand and sit for extended periods of time. Ability to walk distances. Ability to work in small spaces Ability to watch computer screens for extended periods of time. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms, talk or hear; and taste or smell. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close, distance, color, and peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. The Casino environment is hectic, fast-paced and often crowded and noisy. May be exposed to casino related environmental factors including, but not limited to excessive noise and constant exposure to general public.
Working Conditions Duties and responsibilities are typically performed in a highly regulated and controlled environment,
but there will be times where you will need to be on the Casino Floor to complete job functions as outlined or pass through this area. On the Casino Floor, you may be exposed to casino-related environmental factors including, but not limited to, excessive noise..
