What You’ll Do Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers
Book and schedule equipment rentals
Help customers choose the right equipment for their projects
Prepare rental agreements and paperwork
Respond to email and online inquiries
Coordinate deliveries and pickups
Follow up on rentals and returns
Support daily office operations (receiving pallets and packages)
What We’re Looking For Positive attitude and strong communication skills
Dependable and willing to learn
Able to adapt in a fast-paced environment
Takes initiative and follows tasks through to completion
Enjoys working as part of a team




Experience No experience required — we’re happy to train the right person.

Must be able to understand and speak English very well.
What Success Looks Like (After 90 Days) Confidently managing daily responsibilities
Providing excellent customer serviceKeeping up with workflow with minimal supervision
Taking ownership and contributing to team success
Identifying ways to improve processes and customer experience
Compensation Wage is based on experience, performance, and the value you bring to the team. Raises are based on growth, initiative, and contribution.
Dress Code Clean, practical workwear suitable for both office duties and walking through the equipment yard. (No sweatpants, pajama-style clothing, or unsafe attire.)
