Collaboration with Deacons and Trustees will enhance your leadership as you visit members in hospitals and homes. Your mission is to evangelize and reach out to a predominantly Catholic community while nurturing the faith of the congregation.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Sunday worship and prayer meetings
• Support and teach Sunday school programs
• Provide pastoral counseling to community members
• Visit and minister to members in need
• Collaborate with Deacons and Trustees on church initiatives

Requirements:
• Experience in pastoral care and community outreach
• Strong understanding of Baptist faith principles
• Ability to lead and inspire a small congregation
