AgeCare seeks a Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) to deliver qualified nursing care to residents in line with required medical standards and practice. You will also direct Personal Support Workers as defined by the College of Nurses Standard of Practice.
You will collaborate with physicians and the broader health care team, liaising with external partners, and ensure residents’ care needs are consistently met while leading the unit’s nursing team.
