The base salary will be $82,230 - $117,360 per annum. Starting salary will be aligned with the successful candidate's experience, skills, and demonstrated qualifications.

Are you an experienced Labour Relations professional looking to make a meaningful impact in higher education?

Western University is seeking a Faculty Relations Consultant (Labour Relations) to join our Office of Faculty Relations. In this role, you'll work closely with academic and administrative leaders, providing expert advice on employment and labour relations matters while helping create positive, respectful, and collaborative workplaces across campus.

You'll have the prospect to:

Partner with Deans, Chairs, Directors and senior leaders on complex labour and employment matters

Resolve workplace issues through strong negotiation,



conflict resolution and relationship building

Interpret collective agreements, policies, and employment law

Develop resources, programs and tools that strengthen leadership practices across the University

Contribute to a collaborative team dedicated to supporting Western's teaching, research, and service mission
