Key Job Responsibilities

- Support the design and development of structural systems for large-scale building projects across concept, preliminary, detailed, and IFC design stages.
- Prepare and develop structural analysis models for building structures using appropriate structural analysis and design software, ensuring accurate and efficient engineering solutions.
- Prepare and review structural calculations, drawings, technical reports, specifications, and other engineering documentation.
- Strong experience in structural analysis, modelling, and design of large-scale building structures.
- Assist in the design and structural modelling of reinforced concrete, steel, and other structural systems for complex building structures.
- Coordinate structural designs with Architecture, Civil, MEP, Geotechnical, and other multidisciplinary engineering teams.
- Ensure structural designs comply with project requirements, applicable standards, codes, and Sener quality procedures.
- Support structural analysis and design calculations and contribute to the development of efficient engineering solutions.
- Review structural drawings and design documentation to ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality.
- Participate in multidisciplinary design reviews, technical workshops,



and design coordination activities.
- Support the identification and resolution of structural design issues and multidisciplinary coordination conflicts.

Job Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 3–6 years of structural engineering experience.
- Proven experience in the design of large-scale building structures.
- Experience in reinforced concrete and/or steel structural design.
- Experience preparing structural calculations, drawings, technical reports, and engineering documentation.
- Strong understanding of structural engineering principles, design methodologies, and applicable international standards.
- Experience coordinating structural designs within multidisciplinary engineering teams.
- Proficiency in structural analysis and design software such as ETABS, SAP2000, SAFE, STAAD Pro, or equivalent, along with AutoCAD.
- Experience with Revit Structure and BIM workflows is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working with international engineering consultancies.
- Experience in large-scale and complex building projects.
- Rail & Metro experience is desirable.
- Familiarity with GCC building codes and international structural standards is an advantage.
- Experience with BIM-enabled structural design and digital engineering workflows.
