Subscription Coordinator Halifax, NS – In-Office

AllNovaScotia, a locally owned, online business newspaper, is seeking a highly organized Subscription Coordinator to join our downtown Halifax team.

This in-office role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people and confidently managing multiple priorities with professionalism and discretion.

What You’ll Do

- You will serve as the first point of contact for subscribers, providing professional customer service by phone and email.
- This role is part of a sales team tasked to build and retain an audience for local journalism.
- You will enjoy the challenge of maintaining accurate records, organizing workflow efficiently, and prioritizing competing tasks.

What We’re Looking For

- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, with confidence on the phone.
- A proven ability to stay organized and balance priorities in a busy, multitasking environment.




- Administrative experience or transferable skills in customer service, sales, or office coordination.
- Professionalism, ethics, adaptability, and keen attention to detail.
- Available to work 9am to 5pm, Monday through Friday
