POSITION OVERVIEW The Supervisor, Events & Visual Presentation plays a critical role in bringing Rennaï’s brand to life on the floor every day. Responsible for coordinating and executing in-store events, services, and visual presentation, this role ensures that every initiative designed by the Store Resource Team is flawlessly implemented in-store.

Reporting to the Senior Director, Sales & Operations, this role is the bridge between planning and execution, ensuring the sales and service teams have the tools, materials, and environment they need to drive results. They also play a hands-on role in day-of-event execution, service experience support, and maintaining the overall visual and experiential standards of the store.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Event, Marketing & Service Coordination

- Coordinate and execute all in-store marketing events, brand-led activations, social media events, and experiential retail programs in collaboration with the Store Resource Team, Brand Partners, Marketing Team, and Store Leadership Team.
- Support and execute omni-channel activations designed to drive traffic, client engagement, conversion, and brand awareness.
- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of 360° activation strategies, ensuring alignment between marketing, merchandising, store operations, services, and brand objectives.
- Build and maintain solid partnerships with vendors and brand representatives, including negotiating activation support, event participation, sampling opportunities, and promotional programs.
- Collaborate with Carbon Leo and other external partners to support store activations, events, and marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate all Out-of-Store (OOS) and mall-wide activations, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with brand standards.
- Partner closely with Front-of-House leadership teams to support all in-store events, services, client experience initiatives, and brand activations.
- Participate in weekly cross-functional meetings with Operations, Merchandising, Marketing, and Store Leadership teams to align priorities and execution plans.

Retreat Experience Management

- Oversee and coordinate all activation and utilization of the Retreat space to maximize client engagement and business opportunities.




- Manage the operational and experiential standards of the Retreat Bar in partnership with the two Baristas.
- Develop strategies to increase Retreat utilization, event participation, service bookings, and client conversion.
- Coordinate all Retreat-related events, services, and brand experiences to ensure operational readiness and exceptional execution.
- Ensure all supplies, inventory, equipment, and presentation standards within the Retreat space are maintained and replenished.

Visual Merchandising Execution

- Oversee daily, seasonal, and promotional visual merchandising standards across the entire store.
- Ensure all brand merchandising standards, displays, campaigns, and planograms are current and accurately executed.
- Coordinate all product launches, brand updates, assortment changes, product removals, and display modifications.
- Ensure all visual merchandising displays, fixtures, testers, and graphics remain clean, maintained, and optimized to drive sales.
- Regularly review product placement strategies and update merchandising based on sales performance, client flow, and sell-through opportunities.
- Partner with Merchandising and Front-of-House teams to ensure displays maximize both client experience and commercial results.
- Execute visual directives from the Store Resource Team while adapting to store-specific opportunities and requirements.
- Coordinate repairs, maintenance requests, fixture updates, and visual presentation issues with Facilities and Loss Prevention teams as required.

Day-of Event Execution & Troubleshooting

- Act as the lead on event, activation, and service days, coordinating set-up, execution, and troubleshooting of on-site issues.
- Ensure service providers, vendors, influencers, social media partners, staff, and brand partners are properly briefed, equipped, and supported.
- Support Front-of-House teams in delivering a seamless luxury client experience during all events and activations.
- Monitor event performance and client engagement throughout activations, making adjustments as required to maximize results.

Product Placement & Commercial Optimization

- Own and manage the impulse merchandising program at cash wrap locations.
- Analyze sell-through results and identify opportunities for assortment changes, new product introductions, and improved placement strategies.
- Maintain and update all tracking files related to impulse sales, product performance, and merchandising opportunities.
- Recommend and implement product placement adjustments to maximize visibility, conversion, and sales productivity.

Tester, Sampling & Brand Support Management

- Partner with Operations to support daily tester management needs while ensuring compliance with approved tester budgets.




- Coordinate tester requirements for new brand launches, visual updates, seasonal campaigns, and promotional activations.
- Manage and maintain the Gift-With-Purchase (GWP) and Sampling Programs, including inventory monitoring, replenishment, forecasting, and execution.
- Ensure sampling inventory remains accurate and available to support brand objectives, promotional initiatives, and client acquisition strategies.
- Collaborate with Brand Partners to secure additional tester support, sampling opportunities, and promotional assets.

Collaboration & Client Experience

- Collaborate with Front-of-House Managers to support client experience strategies and service excellence initiatives.
- Support the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of client experience SOPs.
- Partner with Operations, Merchandising, Marketing, Facilities, and Loss Prevention teams to ensure seamless execution of business priorities.
- Provide ongoing feedback and recommendations to leadership regarding operational efficiencies, event effectiveness, visual standards, and client engagement opportunities.

Post-Event Reporting & Business Performance

- Collect, analyze, and report on event and activation KPIs, including traffic, profile capture, service bookings, sales performance, conversion, client acquisition, and ROI.
- Monitor performance of marketing activations, sampling programs, GWPs, and Retreat utilization initiatives.
- Provide detailed feedback and recommendations to the Store Resource Team and Leadership Team regarding future activations and optimization opportunities.
- Maintain accurate inventories of event materials, supplies, samples, visual merchandising assets, promotional collateral, and service tools, ensuring timely replenishment when required.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE YOU WILL NEED

- Proven experience in visual merchandising, in-store event execution, preferably in the luxury, beauty, or retail industry.
- Solid sense of visual aesthetics, with the ability to translate brand guidelines into impactful in-store presentations and experiences.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively handle relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams, store associates, and vendors.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
