Wage: $24 per hour
Vacation Pay: 4% of gross wages
Annual Performance Bonus: Available based on productivity and performance

Job Duties Supervise and coordinate the activities of farm workers and harvesting labourers.
Train workers in farm duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
Monitor mushroom substrate preparation and production processes.
Oversee daily mushroom cultivation and harvesting operations.
Develop and implement work schedules.
Operate, maintain, and coordinate repairs of farm equipment.




Ensure health and safety procedures are followed.
Maintain production records and report operational issues to management.
Perform other farm-related duties as required
Working Abilities and Physical Capabilities Heavy lifting required
Ability to work long hours, early mornings and weekends is required
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Language: English
No formal education required. Basic mathematical skills are an asset. Loader certification preferred. Two (2) years of related experience preferred.
