As a Sales Support Specialist – AIF/AGA, you will be integral to the sales cycle, preparing quotes and ensuring that the sales team has necessary tools and information. You will work closely with Technical Sales Representatives across Canada, developing strong relationships and maintaining expertise in the internal CRM system C4C. Continuous improvement in CRM usage will ensure efficiency and accuracy in lead tracking and data quality.

Key Responsibilities:
• Receive and process leads from Technical Sales Representatives




• Create and track Sales Quotes in C4C
• Ensure compliance with internal pricing tools and templates
• Monitor lead flow and identify bottlenecks
• Support TSRs in quote revisions and approvals

Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years in sales support
• Robust knowledge of C4C system
• Bilingual in French and English
• Excellent communication skills
• Proven relationship-building abilities
