HCLTech is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead large, cross-functional programs bridging enterprise applications and oil & gas operations in a hybrid Edmonton area role. You will drive multi-workstream programs from business case through go-live and adoption.
The ideal candidate has 8+ years in program management, with 3+ years in oil and gas, and deep experience with ERP/EAM and SCADA-adjacent systems. Solid stakeholder management and governance experience are essential.
