Key Responsibilities:
• Screen cases for family mediation suitability
• Conduct pre-mediation sessions for client preparedness
• Provide facilitative and ethical mediation services
• Create service agreements and written summaries
• Engage in peer consultation and co-mediation efforts
Requirements:
• 180 hours of mediation or conflict management training
• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related field
• Experience in conflict resolution, particularly for families
• Ability to manage sensitive family matters
• Proficient in technology for remote mediation
