Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement strategic vision for clinical research
• Advise leadership on compliance trends and risks
• Manage staffing and professional development activities

• Lead audits and compliance monitoring programs
Requirements:
• Degree in Health Sciences or related field
• Minimum of 8-10 years in research compliance
• Experience managing organizational risk

• Relevant qualified certifications preferred
