Summary We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst with a minimum of 5 years of experience working within Microsoft technology environments to deliver data-driven insights that support strategic and operational decision‑making. The successful candidate will analyze complex datasets, develop dashboards and reports, identify trends and opportunities, and collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to transform data into actionable intelligence.
This role requires strong analytical capabilities, advanced data visualization skills, and hands‑on experience with Microsoft data and analytics technologies.
Responsibilities Gather, analyze, and interpret business and operational data to identify trends, risks, performance indicators, and opportunities for improvement.
Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards, scorecards, reports, and visualizations using Power BI and Microsoft analytics platforms.




Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into meaningful analytics solutions and actionable business insights.
Utilize Microsoft Fabric to support enterprise analytics, reporting, data integration, and modern data platform capabilities.
Develop and optimize queries using SQL Server and Azure SQL to extract, analyze, validate, and report on enterprise data.
Leverage Azure Data Factory (ADF) to support data integration, transformation, and the movement of data across enterprise systems and reporting platforms.
Use Excel , including Power Query and Power Pivot , to perform data analysis, validation, reconciliation, and ad hoc reporting activities.
Perform data validation, profiling, and quality assessments to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and reliability of enterprise data assets.
Support the development and maintenance of key performance indicators (KPIs), metrics, and reporting standards used for operational and strategic decision-making.
Contribute to data governance, metadata management, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance organizational data maturity and reporting capabilities.
Present analytical findings and recommendations to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders through effective data visualization and storytelling.
Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, reporting, analytics, or a related field.
Advanced proficiency in Power BI for developing dashboards,



reports, scorecards, visualizations, and business intelligence solutions.
Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Fabric to support enterprise analytics, reporting, and data platform capabilities.
Robust experience with SQL Server and Azure SQL for data extraction, analysis, validation, and reporting.
Experience using Azure Data Factory (ADF) to support data integration, transformation, and data pipeline processes.
Advanced proficiency in Excel , including Power Query and Power Pivot , for data analysis, modeling, and reporting.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and translate findings into actionable business recommendations.
Experience gathering requirements and collaborating with business stakeholders to deliver reporting and analytics solutions.
Knowledge of data quality, data profiling, metadata management, and data governance principles.
