Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily aquatics operations for protected program delivery
• Monitor staffing levels, registrations, and program quality
• Recruit, onboard, and train aquatic staff and volunteers




• Analyze schedules and resource allocation for efficiency
• Participate in Duty Manager roles as needed

Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years in aquatics supervision and instruction
• 2+ years in leadership roles with a focus on training
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and recreation management software
• Valid Standard First Aid and CPR certifications
• Police Record check required for children interaction
