You will assist in project execution, mentor newer team members, and communicate clearly with your colleagues. Your role is critical to maintaining safety and efficiency on all job sites while supporting varied construction tasks, including hardscape and softscape projects.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist the Crew Leader in executing projects safely
• Mentor team members in daily site activities
• Perform interlock, grading, and planting tasks
• Safely operate machinery like skid steers and excavators
• Maintain clean and organized job sites

Requirements:
• 3–5 years of landscape construction experience
• Solid knowledge of materials and techniques
• Ability to operate and train others on equipment
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Proactive leadership attitude
