Lead outreach teams at Nodin Mental Health Services as a Clinical Supervisor. Ensure high-quality mental health services while mentoring staff and fostering professional development in a collaborative setting.
As a pivotal member of Nodin’s Outreach Services team, you will oversee travelling and school-based counselors, ensuring ethical and effective clinical practices. Your leadership will support supervisees in maintaining professional standards while addressing the mental health needs of First Nation individuals and communities. A strong clinical background with excellent oversight abilities is essential for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor adherence to clinical protocols and policies
• Review clinical documentation for quality assurance
• Conduct individual supervision meetings for staff
• Support crisis intervention and group debriefings
• Maintain community collaborative relationships
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in mental health discipline
• Five years experience in mental health counseling
• Registered with a professional body for psychotherapy
• Minimum 150 hours of clinical supervision completed
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
