This role is an integral part of the MineStar Performance Center, focusing on optimizing the performance of MineStar Fleet and Command for Hauling applications. You'll collaborate with customers, dealers, and internal teams to leverage data, assessments, and performance tools for impactful improvements. Key Responsibilities:
• Support performance for MineStar Fleet and Command for Hauling customers
• Lead site assessments and continuous improvement initiatives




• Apply methodologies to measure and enhance performance
• Coach and mentor Caterpillar teams and mining clients
• Advise on operational best practices and CI opportunities

Requirements:
• Degree in Mining Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
• Experience in surface mining operations
• Knowledge of MineStar technologies
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate effectively and influence outcomes
