This consultant position is geared towards individuals identified as Indigenous, Aboriginal, or First Nation, particularly those connected to the Mi'kmaw community. You will provide expert guidance on implementing corporate strategies, enhancing understanding of equity issues, and fostering partnerships with diverse communities. The role is pivotal for driving systemic change through collaboration and critical analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
• Advise on corporate equity and accessibility strategies
• Facilitate EDIA training courses for public service employees




• Collaborate with community organizations and departmental leads
• Identify and remove systemic barriers in workplaces
• Develop resources and conduct corporate EDIA assessments

Requirements:
• Project management experience with policies and programs
• Effective presentation and training skills
• Experience in anti-racism policies
• Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field
• Proficiency with MS Office 365 tools
