Support operational excellence as an Analyst in Collateral & Liquidity Operations with a large pension fund in Downtown Toronto. This hybrid role blends onsite and remote work.

This 6-month assignment requires a proactive Analyst to manage operational processing, reconciliation, and exception management. You will play a crucial role in reporting within the collateral function, ensuring accuracy and compliance in cash and securities transactions. A keen eye for detail will be essential for success.

Key Responsibilities:
• Complete daily operational processing activities accurately
• Resolve operational exceptions and reconciliation discrepancies
• Conduct daily controls, validations, and signoffs




• Escalate material risks to management promptly
• Support onboarding of new products and documentation updates

Requirements:
• Minimum 3+ years of investment operations experience
• Solid expertise in reconciliation and exception management
• Experience with cash, securities, and collateral transactions
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with SQL, VBA, or Python
