Position Summary
The Warehouse Manager owns the physical receipt, inspection, storage, movement, accuracy, and release of inventory within Clearway’s warehouse. The role is responsible for receiving, inspection, ERP receipt entry, put-away, warehouse organization, cycle counts, discrepancy investigation, order picking, and the safe handling of inventory.

This is a working-manager position that initially supervises one warehouse employee while participating directly in daily warehouse activities. The Warehouse Manager reports to Clearway leadership and collaborates closely with operations, inventory leadership, and the Inventory & Supply Chain Associate.

Key ResponsibilitiesWarehouse Operations

Own daily receiving, inspection, put-away, storage, inventory movement, cycle-counting, and order-picking processes.

Unload, handle, and move incoming and outgoing inventory safely and efficiently.

Verify inbound products, quantities, and condition against purchase orders and supporting documentation.

Ensure receipts and warehouse movements are entered accurately and promptly in IQ Reseller ERP.

Establish and maintain logical, clearly labeled inventory and staging locations.

Ensure orders are picked accurately and transferred to the appropriate shipping owner.

Safeguard inventory against damage, loss, misplacement, and improper handling.

Maintain a safe, clean, organized, and efficient warehouse.

Inventory Accuracy

Maintain strong alignment between physical inventory and IQ Reseller ERP records.

Create and manage a consistent cycle-count program based on inventory value, activity, and risk.

Investigate quantity, location, condition, receiving,



and transaction discrepancies.

Coordinate ERP corrections with the Inventory & Supply Chain Associate and leadership.

Identify recurring sources of inventory variance and implement corrective actions.

Support aged, excess, and slow-moving inventory reviews by confirming physical quantities, locations, and condition.

Maintain clear documentation of inventory adjustments and discrepancy resolutions.

Team Leadership

Supervise, train, prioritize, and review the work of one warehouse employee.

Set clear daily and weekly expectations for receiving, put-away, counting, organization, and picking activities.

Promote accountability, accuracy, safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Develop and maintain documented procedures for receiving, inspection, put-away, cycle counts, inventory movement, and picking.

Plan labor and priorities around changing inventory volumes and business needs.

Ensure warehouse personnel follow established safety and inventory-control procedures.

Process Improvement and Reporting

Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend practical solutions.

Develop scalable warehouse processes that support Clearway’s continued growth.

Track receiving accuracy, picking accuracy, inventory variances, cycle-count completion, and other relevant performance measures.

Provide leadership with reliable visibility into warehouse activity, capacity, inventory accuracy, and operational issues.

Partner across departments to improve inventory visibility, communication, and handoffs.

Recommend improvements to warehouse layout, storage methods, labeling, equipment, and workflow.

Qualifications

Prior experience in warehouse operations, receiving, inventory control, distribution, or a related function.

Previous team-lead or supervisory experience is strongly preferred.





Demonstrated ability to maintain accurate inventory records and investigate discrepancies.

Comfort working both as a manager and as a hands-on member of the warehouse team.

Experience with an ERP or warehouse inventory system; IQ Reseller experience is helpful but not required.

Strong organizational, problem-solving, communication, and spreadsheet skills.

Ability to prioritize changing workloads and maintain accuracy in a quick-paced environment.

Forklift experience or certification is preferred; certification may be obtained after hiring.

Physical Requirements
The following physical requirements represent essential functions of this hands-on warehouse position. Reasonable accommodations may be provided to enable qualified individuals to perform these functions.

Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, position, and move inventory weighing up to 80 pounds.

Ability to use appropriate assistance or material-handling equipment when required for the safe movement of heavy, oversized, or awkward items.

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and regularly bend, reach, squat, kneel, climb, and move throughout the warehouse.

Ability to perform repetitive handling, picking, counting, labeling, and material-movement activities.

Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment after completing required training and authorization.

Ability to work full-time on-site at Clearway’s Ada facility.

Physical inventory consistently aligns with ERP records.

Receiving, inspection, put-away, cycle counts, and order picks are accurate and timely.

ERP receipts and warehouse movements are recorded promptly and correctly.

Warehouse locations are clearly labeled, organized, safe, and able to scale with the business.

Inventory is handled safely and protected against damage, loss, and misplacement.

Discrepancies are investigated promptly, properly documented, and addressed at their root causes.

The warehouse employee receives clear direction, training, feedback, and accountability.

Leadership has reliable visibility into warehouse activity, capacity, performance, and inventory accuracy.

Warehouse procedures become increasingly consistent, measurable, and scalable as Clearway grows.
