Some basic parts of the job would beConducting routine maintenance on heating and cooling systems PLUS more.Diagnosing and repairing malfunctioning equipment, Heating systems, AC systems, Ventilation systems, Controls, Heat Pumps & much more.Performing installations of current heating, cooling & ventilation systems.Maintaining accurate records of equipment repairs and maintenance.Troubleshooting issues with electrical and mechanical components of HVAC systems.Servicing / Installing / Repairing RTU's of all different makes/models.Base Building Equipment HVAC Maintenances of Apartment/Condo Buildings. (We do not go into tenant units/base building equipment only)Collaborating with team members and management to ensure customer satisfaction.Adhering to safety procedures and guidelines while on job sites.Timely completion of work orders.Service/Install/Repair commercial split systems.Service/Install/Repair WSHP's/Dectron Units/Fluid Coolers/Chillers. (We have a large variety of equipment that we service)Service/Install/Repair Carbon Monoxide Systems/Sensors in parking garage's.The successful applicant will need to be well organized, self motivated and possess good communication skills as well as HVAC trade qualifications.
