This role provides technical and people leadership to engineering staff and consultants, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and in accordance with City standards, legislation, and best practices.Leading multi-disciplinary teams through complex capital projects, the Manager contributes to the development of engineering standards and capital budgets while working collaboratively with internal departments, external agencies, developers, utilities, First Nations,
