Helps conduct prospecting calls to new and existing groups.Assist in booking Marketing and Media FAMs.Help process and confirm group reservations, including dining and attraction bookings.Provides support to sales team (i.E. Sales kits, booking FAM tours, brochure fulfilment, ticket order processing and customer mail-outs).Communicate with Niagara Parks attractions and restaurants to confirm availability.Problem solving between internal departments and sales department to ensure smooth customer service.Update customer information and maintain accurate records in reservation systems.Assist with proofing marketing materials.Respects and complies with all policies and procedures.Assist with booking small business event dining groups (50 people or fewer), including
