Key Responsibilities:
• Diagnose and troubleshoot tractor issues effectively
• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on fleet
• Support and mentor Apprentices throughout training

Requirements:
• Must hold a Licensed Tractor Technician certification
• Experience in heavy equipment as Technician or Apprentice
