Job Description
Purpose Support the continuous improvement of enterprise learning programs, including Client, onboarding initiatives, leadership development programs, and team effectiveness programs.
Research, design, create, curate, and implement full-cycle learning experiences that enable business capability development and organizational success.
Responsibilities Collaborate with stakeholders to understand capability gaps and identify learning approaches that support business outcomes.
Manage, coordinate, and facilitate learning programs throughout all phases, including initiation, development, implementation, delivery, adoption, optimization, and review.
Design learning interventions aligned with project requirements and integrated within the broader learning ecosystem.
Curate and develop internal and external learning content into engaging and meaningful learning experiences.
Apply visual design principles to enhance learner engagement and improve learning outcomes.
Partner with Change Leaders to design and implement learning portfolios that support organizational change initiatives.
Design, manage, analyze, and report on learning metrics and program effectiveness.
Use learner and performance data to continuously improve learning content and programs.
Communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of learning and development initiatives.
Education University degree in Education or a related field.
