Key Responsibilities:
• Provide personal and medical care based on individual student plans

• Chart medical data and monitor vital signs as necessary
• Assist in toileting, colostomy care, and respiratory therapy
• Collaborate with educational teams to support student programming

Requirements:
• LPN designation and membership with CLPN
• Diabetic and G-Tube training required
• Strong decision-making and observational skills
• Experience with specialized medical equipment
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team
