In this role, the Analyst will report to the Manager of Residential Lending, working closely with stakeholders and teams to implement business requirements and improve processes. You will act as a Subject Matter Expert on various initiatives, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and high-quality lending outcomes. Your analytical skills will help identify trends and provide solutions to enhance service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily incident resolution for lending continuity
• Oversee Delegated Lending Authority and control reporting




• Analyze and resolve data quality issues
• Act as SME for projects, drafting business requirements
• Present change management plans for initiatives

Requirements:
• Post-secondary degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years in a regulated Canadian financial setting
• Robust process documentation and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a deadline-driven setting
