As the Food Service Manager, you will report directly to the Executive Director and strategically manage the Food Service Department. Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and organize high-quality dietary services
• Implement continuous quality improvement in food services




• Select and supervise dietary staff for optimal productivity
• Ensure compliance with Public Health requirements
• Maintain dietary records and therapeutic menus

Requirements:
• Current membership with C.S.N.M. or College of Dietitians of Ontario
• Minimum 2 years of dietary management experience
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Knowledge of Occupational Health & Safety legislation
• Excellent communication skills
