While experience in project cargo and freight forwarding is important, we’re equally interested in finding someone with the right attitude, leadership qualities, and desire to grow. We’ll provide support, mentorship, and the resources needed for the right person to succeed.

What You’ll Do

Lead and support day-to-day operational activities

Help manage project cargo, over dimensional cargo, and specialized freight movements

Build and maintain strong customer relationships

Coordinate with customers, carriers, freight forwarders, port stakeholders, and internal teams

Mentor and support team members while fostering a positive workplace culture

Identify opportunities to improve processes, service levels, and operational efficiency

Respond effectively to operational challenges and changing customer needs

Contribute to the long-term growth and success of the business





What We’re Looking For

Experience in freight forwarding, project cargo, logistics, transportation, terminal operations, or a related industry

Solid customer service and relationship-building skills

Natural leadership abilities and experience leading or mentoring others

Calm, solutions-focused approach when dealing with pressure and unexpected challenges

Excellent communication and organizational skills

A positive attitude and strong work ethic

Eagerness to learn and grow professionally
