In this technician role, you will partner with the Global Helpdesk to support customer installations and maintenance. Your expertise in Crestron Programming, Biamp DSP, and QSYS will be essential for ensuring system stability. Perform preventative maintenance and provide necessary training for clients and co-workers while keeping to health and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Execute preventative maintenance visits for client systems
• Clean AV equipment such as cameras and monitors
• Install control programs and troubleshoot network devices




• Provide end-user training and support for technicians
• Travel to various job sites for service tasks

Requirements:
• 3-5 years of audiovisual integration experience
• Formal education in Electronics or related field preferred
• Knowledge of audio, video, and control flow
• Valid Driver's License and clean driving record
• Ability to manage small to medium projects
