Flexstaf IT is seeking an intermediate IT Support Analyst/Systems Administrator to provide frontline IT support and administration for a global non-profit client. The role covers user administration, endpoint support, asset management, onboarding and offboarding, and documentation.
The candidate will work in Ottawa, supporting 500 users with a team of 3-4 peers. Ideal candidates have ~5 years in IT operations, solid customer service, and hands-on experience with Active Directory (on-prem/Azure)
