Key Responsibilities:
• Manage registrations for School Age and seasonal programs
• Maintain enrollment records and waitlists accurately
• Communicate promptly with parents and center supervisors




• Respond to high volumes of email and phone inquiries
• Support administrative tasks like data entry and accounts receivable

Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year in an administrative or relevant role
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
• Strong organizational and customer service skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Provide satisfactory references and Criminal Record check
