Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate technical and commercial issues for projects
• Lead development of procurement documents and contracts

Requirements:
• 4-6 years of relevant experience in procurement and analysis
• Solid analytical skills with large datasets
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience in contract negotiation and writing
• Knowledge of Ontario electricity markets is an asset
