Ardene is seeking a proactive Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in driving sales, improving team performance, and delivering outstanding customer service. You will lead by example and help maintain Ardene's brand and store standards across daily operations.
In the absence of the Store Manager, you will oversee all store activities and ensure smooth operations while coordinating with head office on policies and procedures. Availability includes days, evenings and weekends.
