Entuitive is looking for a Project Administrator, based in our Toronto office, to support our growing, national Transportation team. Working closely with project, business development, and internal leaders across the country, this role plays a key part in coordinating meetings, correspondence, presentations, and travel, while helping keep projects, pursuits, and internal initiatives moving forward.It'sa great opportunityto build broad exposure across a dynamic and expanding team, working independently and collaboratively across multiple workstreams. The ideal candidate brings strong organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and excellent communication skills to support cross-functional teams and project delivery effectively.

What will you do?
Manage meetinglogisticsfor project, business development, and internal meetings — including scheduling, agenda preparation, and clear, actionable minutes.
Manage correspondence and act as a point of contact for scheduling and follow-ups on behalf of leaders.
Assistin the preparation of presentationsandreportsforprojects, proposals, and internal initiatives.
Maintain and update templates and tools in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Support proposal andprojectadministration, including CRM/ERP data entry and coordination with management tools.
Coordinate travel arrangements andlogisticsforleaders.
Support financial administration including expense reports, timesheet coordination, and invoice tracking.
Supportwith the organization and execution ofinternal team activities and events.
What do you need to succeed?
Minimum 1-2 years of experience working withinproject teams,office administration, business development,and/orproposalteam isrequired.
Experience working in the Architecture, Construction,Consultingand/or Engineering industry is strongly preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, and bid management tools.
Strong organizational, attention to detail, and analytical skills,including comfort working with numbers and financial data entry.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment,with a proactive, self-starting approach and the ability toanticipateneeds.

Compensation, Benefits, & Total Rewards

Competitive base salary:$55,000 - $65,000(alignedwithexperience, qualifications, and education)
