As a Career Educator & Coach, you'll provide university-wide support for career development initiatives. You will advise students on career pathways, enhancing their skills through individual coaching and group workshops. Your work will be pivotal in preparing them for job searches, helping students from equity-deserving groups navigate barriers to success.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver individual and group career advising sessions
• Facilitate career workshops and resource development
• Assist students in job search strategies and self-assessment techniques




• Collaborate with campus stakeholders on career services
• Support diverse audiences with tailored resources

Requirements:
• Experience in career coaching or related fields
• Knowledge of labour market trends and resources
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work evenings and weekends
