Join WCG as a Remote Social Assistance Relationship Specialist focused on enhancing client services in Toronto. This role demands strong interpersonal skills and a deep understanding of social assistance programs.

The ideal candidate will facilitate communication between Ontario Works (OW) and Ontario Disability Support (ODSP) partners, driving engagement and referral strategies. You will monitor referral trends, analyze data, and deliver training sessions to support Employment Ontario services for clients. Regular travel within the Toronto area is required to strengthen partnerships and networks.

Key Responsibilities:
• Build strong relationships with OW and ODSP partners
• Analyze referral volumes and engagement data




• Develop training sessions for partner networks
• Monitor performance trends and identify gaps
• Prepare reports to support decision-making

Requirements:
• Solid knowledge of social assistance programs
• Experience in outcomes-based environments
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
• Bilingual in English and French is an asset
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
