Elevate OSEG Foundation’s messaging and outreach as a Marketing Communications Strategist. This full-time, six-month contract role combines strategy with hands-on execution, focusing on effective communication across multiple channels.

This integral position reports to the Executive Director and requires 5+ years in communications, marketing, or related fields. The role emphasizes developing integrated communications plans, ensuring message consistency, and executing high-quality content across various initiatives and events. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders to implement effective messaging strategies that resonate with key audiences.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop an integrated communications strategy for OSEG initiatives
• Collaborate with teams to define audience-specific messaging




• Create and adapt compelling brand content across platforms
• Establish communications KPIs and measurement frameworks
• Write engaging stories showcasing Foundation impact

Requirements:
• 5+ years in communications or marketing roles
• Post-secondary degree in relevant field
• Exceptional writing and editing skills
• Robust project management abilities
• Passion for youth development via sport

Drive impactful storytelling and strategic communication for OSEG’s mission while engaging the community at large.
