We are a well-established organization that specializes in the manufacturing of precision components and sub-assemblies for the aerospace, aircraft, military, medical, optical and defense sectors. We are looking to increase our diverse and dynamic team with the addition of skilled individuals.

Roles & Responsibilities:

General administration duties involving the preparation of documents, spreadsheets and forms

Preparation of quotes, purchase orders, invoices and perform basic bookkeeping tasks

Inventory control

Shipping & receiving, for both clients and suppliers

Packaging & labeling parts in individual bags

Material handling

Maintain database's and fill out reports

Abide with instructions, regulations and safety policies

Utilize and comply with all AS9100 REV C and ISO9001:2015 manufacturing and quality standards

Other duties may be assigned

Qualifications:





3+ years of experience in an Administrative role

2+ years of experience with QuickBooks

Strong computer skills with the ability to use various computer applications such as Excel and Outlook

Must have strong organizational and communication skills to effectively interact with customers and suppliers

Motivated to learn, take lead and able to work independently with minimal supervision

Able to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail

Ability/willing to learn, to drive a forklift on occasion is an asset

Ability to lift up to 50lbs
