Responsibilities
Engage with customers to understand their appliance needs and provide expert product recommendations
Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our wide range of appliances and their features, benefits, and specifications
Close sales by effectively addressing customer concerns, negotiating prices, and providing exceptional customer service
Attend off site and on site (paid) vendor product training to say up to date with latest industry trends and product knowledge
Research products and keep abreast of new product offers and their associated technical details
Ensure accuracy in all transactions, inventory, and procedures
Requirements
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends required
Proven track record of success in a sales role, preferably in the appliance or retail industry
Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a hunger to make money and exceed sales targets
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build a rapport with customers
Ability to work under pressure in fast paced workplace
Proficient computer skills to accurately enter orders into the system and research appliance products
