Under the guidance of the Manager of Child, Youth & Family Development, this full-time position is responsible for operations at various child care sites in Sudbury. Candidates should possess a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and two years of supervisory experience. This role requires managing staff, implementing site plans, and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the health and safety of children at the centre
• Support and ensure quality educational programming delivery




• Conduct orientation tours for new families joining the center
• Maintain accurate records for children and staff personnel
• Recruit and train staff to ensure compliance with certifications

Requirements:
• Diploma in Early Childhood Education or equivalent
• Minimum two years supervisory experience
• Membership with CECE in good standing
• Valid G class driver’s license
• Current police record with Vulnerable Sector Check
