Key Responsibilities:
• Build and ship customer-facing AI servicing agent Ava
• Map servicing flows and turn them into automated tasks




• Embed with brokers to gain insights on current servicing methods
• Integrate Ava with existing brokerage systems
• Ensure high-quality customer interactions over messaging platforms

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of engineering experience
• Proficient in Python and backend development
• Robust communication skills both in person and writing
• Experience with agent frameworks like LangGraph or LangChain
• Ability to tackle challenges in regulated industries
