Ensure safety and excellence at RED Mountain Resort as the Director of Patrol. Oversee Ski and Bike Patrol, emergency response, and risk management strategies throughout the year.

The Director of Patrol leads the year-round Patrol Department at RED Mountain Resort. This key management role ensures safe operations for skiing, biking, and special events while fostering a culture of accountability and professional development. You will be responsible for departmental budgeting, staff training, and maintaining risk management procedures across various activities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Ski and Bike Patrol operations year-round
• Oversee shift scheduling and payroll management
• Conduct risk assessments and incident investigations
• Train and supervise staff,



including volunteers
• Collaborate with various resort departments for effective safety protocols

Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years in avalanche control with explosives
• Robust supervisory experience in mountain safety
• Knowledge of bike patrol and risk management practices
• Certifications in First Aid and Avalanche Safety
• Experience in public event safety coordination

Ensure operational excellence and guest safety through strategic leadership at RED Mountain Resort.
