Dilawri Group is now actively searching for a Service Advisor to join the team at Thorncrest Ford.
Pay Rate: $50,000-$100,000

Responsibilities
Provide front-line customer service and sales forthe Service Department
Greeting customers on the phone or in theDealership
Explaining the nature of repairs
Advising customers how to look after theirvehicles
Scheduling appointments
Selling labour




Providing an extraordinary experience for allcustomers

Qualifications
CDK experience preferred
An aptitude for customer relations/service
Ability to sell required maintenance
Ability to work as a part of a TEAM
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting
