Your job

- Design, train, and optimize machine learning models that address strategic business needs.
- Develop generative AI and agentic AI solutions using large language models (LLMs), retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) architectures, and multi-agent systems.
- Collaborate with business partners to identify value creation opportunities and translate business needs into practical solutions.
- Develop and maintain the technical components required to train, evaluate, deploy, and continuously improve AI solutions.
- Conduct rigorous assessments to ensure the performance, robustness, and reliability of models in production environments.
- Support and guide teams and partners in adopting AI best practices, governance frameworks, and risk management principles.

Within the Personal Banking Data Management and Value Creation sector, you will join a team of seven colleagues and report to the Senior Director, AI Delivery. Our team stands out for its expertise in generative AI, collaborative mindset,

Prerequisites

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience developing, training, validating, and deploying machine learning models in production environments.
- Hands-on experience with generative AI technologies, including large language models (LLMs), retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) architectures, or agentic systems.
- Strong proficiency in Python and SQL for developing analytics and AI solutions.
- Experience with cloud environments and development tools such as AWS, Snowflake, Git, GitHub Copilot, and Jenkins.




- Demonstrated ability to work on multidisciplinary initiatives that combine technical expertise with business needs.
