• 10+ years of solid QA experience
- Thorough knowledge in test processes and test life cycle procedures
- Should be able to device the test strategy, test plan and create, track test schedule plans
- Should have exposure to test automation processes
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Should be able to work with multiple stakeholders and report the testing status at multiple levels
- Should be well versed with HPQC tool
- Should have experience working in Agile methodology and environments
- Must have worked in Banking/Financial domain related QA projects
- Should have exposure to ETL, SQL database testing and Risk management systems QA experience (this is required for 2 positions)
