Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable, warm, and highly organized professional to manage our household and assist with our morning family routine. Your day will begin by helping get our four children (ages 3, 7, 8, and 11) ready for school by 7:45 AM. Once the children leave, your remaining time will be dedicated to executing a structured daily housekeeping routine based on a checklist provided each morning.
Key Responsibilities:

Morning Rush Support (7:00 AM – 7:45 AM): Assist children with waking up, getting dressed, brushing teeth, packing bags, and ensuring everyone is fully ready for school departure by 7:45 AM.

Breakfast & Lunch Prep: Prepare easy morning meals and pack school lunches/snacks.
General Housekeeping (7:45 AM – 12:00 PM): Thoroughly clean, dust, vacuum, and mop all living areas after the family departs.
Kitchen Restoration: Clean up breakfast dishes, wipe counters, and load/unload the dishwasher.
Laundry & Organization: Wash, fold, iron, and put away clothing and linens; keep closets and common spaces tidy.
Daily Task Lists: Complete specific rotating chores provided by the homeowner each day.

Qualifications: Proven experience in both residential cleaning and childcare (experience managing multi-child households is a plus).

Exceptionally punctual and energized for a fast-paced morning routine.
